I bought my house listed by Wanda Graham with Kiva Realty. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Wanda is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process . She also was always available to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Kiva Realty to anyone considering buying or selling their home. Wanda is awesome and always seemed to exceed my expectations of a realtor. I am so grateful for all she did for us! Now we get to enjoy the holidays in our new home !

Wanda took care of every detail! I don’t live in Portales so taking care of repairs/details was difficult for me. Wanda arranged a handyman and contractor when I needed it. She also made sure the house was winterized when the first big freeze came. I enthusiastically recommend Kiva Reality and Wanda Graham for your real estate needs.

Dont know much about the realty side of this place since I was in there to visit the nice folks at Habitat for Humanity; their office is in the back of the Kiva Realty building. I can say that Wanda was very friendly when I initially arrived and helped me get to the Habitat office w/out a hitch. So, not much of a review, but maybe someone can glean something out of this!?! 😜

Very satisfied with the service we received. They worked to get our property sold and were helpful getting us professionals to help with repairs getting our place ready to sell. They really know the market and gave honest and reasonable expectations regarding out sale. Would recommend Kiva Realty.
