We made a move to the hill country from another state. John and Daphne were amazing as we moved through viewing, selecting, inspecting, negotiating and closing on our new property. They made sure to make maximum use of our time and kept us informed of every development in the buying process. They went way above and beyond our expections. Not only do we have a great new realtor, we feel like we also have two new friends in Kerrville.

We moved to Kerrville from the Pacific Northwest which made for a challenging home search process. Jill Houlston was knowledgeable about the market in Kerrville and surrounding areas and would send us new listings that fit our parameters even before they showed on any home search apps. She was always looking out for our best interests and went above and beyond to make the process of finding and making our home purchase as smooth as possible. Jill was very available to us and kept us apprised of any developments and/or changes in a timely manner. She is friendly, outgoing and enjoyable to work with. She is an excellent real estate agent and we recommend her highly to anyone.

Madeline Hart is a MIRACLE WORKER!!!! She helped me through the process of selling my home and ensuring I was taken care of both monetarily and with peace of mind. On the day of my move out, the moving company I had booked was a no show and in less than an hour she had already lined up another mover and worked everything out with the buyers!!!!She did all of this with a fantastic attitude and genuine care and concern.Love, love, love her.

Madeline is a doll! Oh my goodness, I could not adore her more than I already do! She has been the silver lining in our horrendous land purchasing experience. She has always been on ball and is an excellent communicator. She is one of the most accessible people I have ever met, moreso than some of my friends. Shes very responsive and her turnaround time is beyond amazing. Shes super knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure we (as buyers) had all the information needed. She also checked in with our bank to ensure everything was in order for our closing date so we wouldnt have to stress about it. She also made sure we werent making offers higher than the comps, which I love. Dont let her bubbly personality fool you, she knows her stuff. To top it off, she has a fantastic personality and would make any terrible experience terrific! I am beyond happy that our serendipitous meeting has resulted in a friendship. I can assure you youll have to search long and hard to ever find a more passionate, knowledgable, helpful, professional, unselfish, pleasant, personable and responsive realtor in the Texas Hill Country. Jill went out of her way multiple times driving out to properties and videoing them as well as providing us commentary of multiple acreages in hopes of providing us with Hill Country property to view from our home in AZ. It was truly a pleasure and Jill went from our realtor to a friend that well continue to stay in touch with for years to come. Thanks for helping us find the perfect piece of land to build our dream home.
