This is a bit of a late review. We rented from the Kennedys for about 6 or 7 years and moved out of state almost 3 years ago.Our experience with them was very good. I would recommend them.They gave us a chance, even though our credit was in really bad shape at the time.Anytime there was an issue with the rental (few issues, mostly caused from the builders), they were on top of it; They even allowed me to store my trailer and tractor on their land, for free.They were never invasive, and only came by for legitimate things.When we moved, we were able to get nearly all of our deposit back, what they kept was more than fair for the work we caused them to need to fix.

We have just completed selling our home and purchasing another home...and Patrick Kennedy was our realtor. This is the 2nd time we have used Kennedy & Co Realty and we think they are the best! We have found Patrick to be extremely helpful and always concerned for our interest and well being. He has been patient with us as we looked at many houses and as we had many questions in the process. The Kennedys are Christian people and are honest...we trust them completely. We would not hesitate to recommend this realtor...we have been very pleased with them.

My wife and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge of the home buying process and Im very thankful we foundPatrick and Denise Kennedy. Patrick was very knowledgeable of the current market and extremely helpful and involved in each and every step.We felt he always gave us his full attention and was happy to communicate with us daily. At each home we visited while house hunting, he was alwayshappy to offer his helpful insight to make sure we found our perfect home right down to the details. He worked diligently around ourchanging schedule and even on short notice (all during the holiday season!). He really helped us speed up the home buying process by keeping us informedof every detail and worked on our short timeline as we are expecting. They genuinely care about their clients and are not only amazing professionalsbut oustanding people. We give Kennedy realtors our highest recommendation and cannot thank them enough!

The Kennedys helped us find our dream home. We gave them a very small area of homes to work with and we now look over a lake with walk path, fishing dock and Play ground for our two kids. They walked us through the process answering every question we had. Patrick is a gentleman to the very end making sure we felt good about the home buying experience. Ive called them many times and they get back to be within a day to make to answer may questions even thought the sale is done. They are honest and christian couple. I would not hesitate to send anybody to them.

Patrick & Denise Kennedy are absolutely wonderful to work with during the stressful ordeal of selling a house! Every recommendation and the sale price were right on target. They listen, give honest feedback in a sincere yet sensitive manner, and ultimately go with what you decide. What we really appreciated was that they do what is right. They dont push the limits with rules or laws; they operate with the highest ethics and work diligently to get correct information, from the beginning to the end of the sale process. If more realtors and other professionals worked in such a manner our world (and personal lives) would be so much easier and efficient. We would absolutely seek their assistance again if ever needed, and we strongly recommend Kennedy & Co!

We use Kennedy & Co Realty to manage our rental property. At first I was hesitant to pay to use anyone, but they have proven time and time again that its well worth it. We love how hard they work for us, and continually go above and beyond. Its definitely been worth it and nice to have the buffer between property owner and tenant. THANKS!!!!!

In a short 2 day visit we toured so many properties and from there, everything was done from afar, with a few changes along the way, and with Denise and Patricks help we did not miss a beat.
