    Danielle was a pleasure to work with, her professionalism and dedication were obvious within minutes of meeting her. We had a beautiful 2-acre hilltop location overlooking Spring branch, Texas. After 20 years we decided to put it on the market. In the meantime, the area grew exponentially. One potential roadblock we had was a luxury apartment building going up near our property. Some buyers expressed reservations about this even though our beautiful view was not obstructed. Danielle took this in stride and found the right buyer! we are forever grateful to her.     Buying a home is stressful, especially when you are moving from out of state. Sally Cresswell and Garrett Cresswell are an excellent mother/son team to work with. Any questions we had about listings were answered quickly, showing were scheduled promptly and the home we ended up purchasing was first shown to us through FaceTime. Even after our closing Sally is helping me tie up a few things in our new home. I highly recommend choosing the Cresswells to buy or sell your next home.

    Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will recommend Teri and Cliff Heck to anyone searching for a home 110%. They made this experience such a good first experience purchasing a home. Making sure we understood everything and going above and beyond for us. Felt like they were family through the whole process and could talk to them for any questions or concerns, and always helping de-escalate any stress we had along the way with reassurance. They answered any calls or text at any time of the day, even late hours with a time difference since we did everything out of state. Will go to them for any future purchases or selling.     A couple of years ago I asked Mrs. Heidi Anderson to find me some land I could invest in. Within a few weeks she found two beautiful lots for me and smoothly made the arrangements for their purchase. Before I did anything to improve them she contacted me because she knew of two young men married to twin sisters who wanted to buy the lots and build their houses and raise their children as neighbors. Mrs. Anderson suggested I carry their notes while they built and thanks to that suggestion I was able not only to help those young families get started but made a profit on my investment by selling them the lots. It was a win win situation and I’m thankful to Mrs. Anderson for her business insight.

    Keller Williams office in Spring Branch on Hwy 281 at River Crossing is a very well laid out and comfortable office building. This location is a satellite office from KW Heritage Realty in San Antonio on Loop 1604. The agents there are qualified to work with anyone in need of help with a Real Estate Transaction. I must say though if you need The Best Real Estate agent in the state, give me a call, I know Spring Branch area as well as New Braunfels and all surrounding parts.
