We couldnt had picked a better realtor to help with the sale of our home and the purchase of our forever home. Melissa Nobles was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and stayed on top of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect home for our growing family. She was very reliable and responded in a timely manner. Not to mention she stayed on top of the sellers agent to get their side of things done. Despite the market not being good right now, we were able to sale our home in a short amount of time. She was able to help us see the positive and negative aspects of each property that we looked at. Her service was exceptional and we highly recommend her.

Melissa is a literal gift from heaven! She is an angel that has so graciously helped us achieve everything we wanted and more for our out of state move to Boerne, Texas from California! She has so much knowledge of the entire San Antonio area and beyond and has seamlessly helped us find the perfect neighborhood and the perfect house based on every detail we expressed we wanted in purchasing our new home! She is so professional but is also down to earth and feels like a close friend we have known for years! Melissa Nobles is amazing at what she does! As a first-time homebuyer, everything was new to us. She took the time to educate us before we started our home-buying process and continued to inform us of everything throughout. She made us feel comfortable and in control of the decisions we were making. She was always available for questions and communicated effectively with all parties. When touring houses, she made it a point to show us both the good and the bad of each. She gave us ideas and listened to what we really wanted. Even after to buying process and moving in, she continued to check in and advocate for our needs. I highly recommend Melissa Nobles to anyone who is starting the process of buying a new home. ☺️

This was my first experience buying a a pre-existing home. I had bought from a builder in the past. Melissa Nobles was able to take me through the experience expertly. She is very organized and and was able to take my must haves and find multiple homes that met exactly whatl I was looking for. She guided me through what to expect and what to ask for in our offer when faced with dealing with multiple other offers including competing cash offers and we still were able to get some closing costs and other expenses covered. She was also able to help guide in what to ask for post inspection as far as repairs and we were able to get some repairs covered and additional closing costs covered to assist in a few additional repairs to complete later. I could not be happier with how this experience turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for their first or next home.

Barbara Alvarado was an Excellent Realtor! We were relocating from another state so Barbara served as not only our realtor but also as our eyes and ears while we were long distance. She took videos and showed us the homes in real time with a virtual guided tour so we could make a decision quickly in a competitive market. She worked hard for us and went the extra mile both literally and figuratively. We found our home with her help and are very happy with our purchase. I would most definitely recommend her as a Realtor!

Recently purchased a house using Heather Elizondo, we were first time homebuyers but she was quite helpful in explaining everything.We also used her preferred lender and had a great experience. I enjoy helping out small local people like that compared to large banks.The process was prettty quick in finding houses and I appreciated her advice throughout the processHer customer service is impeccable and communication skills are very impressive.The only negative we had was timing to look at houses (a few times we viewed the house and every one on the list before she arrived) However I understand that things come up and sometimes you get busy. We are very happy with our home so far.In a city full of real estate brokers and agents, I would recommend KW City view to a friend for sure.
