One of the things i have found is that if you don’t jive with your realtor you’re going to be in for a frustrating home buying experience. With that being said, Elaine Kohl y’all is hands down the best. This was our first house buying experience and we had no idea where to start. She walked with us through the whole process and we all learned a lot through this experience. We were getting ready to settle for something we didn’t really want but she found our home on a random search and within the hour we had our offer in, on a Sunday. She worked whether out of town on vacation or right down the road. Every question we had she either answered it or found the answer quickly. She was so patient when we doubted and had to put things on hold and checked in regularly just to see how we were doing. Not only was she our realtor but she quickly became part of our family and one of our favorite people. We couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism and quirky personality which made for a fun and relaxed experience. Keebaugh spoils their clients and from what I’ve seen, teaches their realtors what really matters, people. I 100% recommend Keebaugh and Company and if we decide to sell or buy again we will not go anywhere else!
