Kayla is one for the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She was sooo amazing with helping me find a home for me and my daughter. I didn’t know who i could trust with finding me the perfect home for me and my daughter, but luckily my friend referred me to Kayla and i decided to reach out to her. She was so patient with me because i didn’t know what i wanted, but she went above and beyond to find me a home that i fell in love with and start a new chapter in my life in. The main thing that really spoke out to me was how she listened to me and everything that i wanted. You can truly see how invested she is in you and wanting you to be happy. She loves what she does and it shows. If you’re looking for a home or to sell your home, Kayla is the one!

The decision to use Kayla Brisbin to sell my home was the best decision that I made.Kayla was immensely knowledgable and patient with my seemingly endless questions while selling my home. She proactively, on my behalf, addressed issues I didn’t think of to make sure the home was ready to sell at the highest price. She fully understands the dynamic real estate market and buying behaviors, and ultimately will do whatever it takes to get the deal done.Once I received a strong offer, Kayla was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated efficiently with the buyers agent, and kept me informed on a daily basis.I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Kayla and her supportive team. I highly recommend her and will use her again in future transactions.

Kayla was amazing during our search for a very specific property. She met us at our desired rural property several times during this process and walked the 10 - 12 acres with us in various weather. She guided us on questions to ask and directions for our search. Her knowledge of rural/farm properties was invaluable during our search. When it looked like things wouldnt work out with the initial property wed been interested in, Kayla got busy right away trying to locate something else that would work for our specific needs. Ultimately, we made an offer on our desired property and Kayla advocated for us with the sellers agent to get some information and concessions we needed. Overall, Kayla was responsive and available. She was patient with us and always in a great mood. She made this process pleasant and was a true asset during the purchase of our new property.
