I was probably the most useless seller Johnny has ever had. I travel with work near constantly, and was barely in the State during the process of selling the house. Johnny went so far above and beyond it was ridiculous. Everything from lending me a trailer and unloading all of the trash in the house at the dump, to enlisting his son to clear things out! I literally cannot recommend Johnny enough. It wasnt just doing the real estate thing, but in general helping with everything. My house literally wouldnt have been ready to sell (let alone sold) without him! If you need a realtor, you absolutely need to call Johnny.

Lived around the corner from Johnny for many years and heard alot of good things about his skills and professionalism he has being a realtor. I really had not wanted to sell the house as it had been in the family since 83. Johnny understood the situation and told me not to worry about a thing, he would take care of it, and that he did. From start to finish Johnny kept me up to date on the status, recommendations and issues we had. No pressure, no beating around the bush, nothing but the truth and what we needed to get done. I have lived in Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas. Just bought my eighth home. Needless to say, Ive had lots of experience with Realtors. Johnny is the best of the best! It doesnt matter whether Johnny is the sellers agent or the buyers agent...he excels at both. I have worked with Johnny as both a seller and a buyer in the past three months and wouldnt even consider using another Realtor in this area in the future. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator, and always accessible. Oh, and if youre thinking of selling, Johnny takes the best listing photos youve ever seen. Where do I begin? Our home was listed with 2 other agents for 2 years...we lived in 2 separate states, supporting 2 separate households while waiting for our home to sell. THEN we found Johnny. He came out and spoke with me, walked through our home, gave me 2 or 3 suggestions that neither of the previous agents had mentioned. Once I completed those small tasks, I signed with Johnny.WITHIN 2 WEEKS OUR HOME WAS UNDER CONTRACT!!!! Johnny began advertising our home immediately. Our home was sold BEFORE it hit the market!!I moved out of state before the closing took place, and Johnny was there every step of the way. I simply cannot sing his praises loud enough!!If you are selling or buying, look no further...Johnny is your man!! I promise, there is no better!! He knows his stuff, and his word is his bond!!Johnny, I cant thank you enough.If this isnt enough - one of my kittens escaped during my move, he knew I was beside myself with worry. This man found my fur baby, and immediately called me. He kept her safe with shelter, food and water, while I drove from NC to TX to get her. Talent AND a heart!

My Dad was a Realtor for 65 years in south Texas before he passed. He taught us to give 200% to anything we did. I learned many things just by watching him as well as listening to the recounting of his experiences all my life, so when I was ready to sell my house, it had to be Johnny Quarles. Not only his professionalism and cutting edge technology skills used in the portrayal of your home (which, by the way, is high end and the best I’ve ever seen!!) , but his high energy and knowledge of the area leaves you no doubt that things will get taken care of pronto!!My house sold in 3 weeks during COVID!!!Johnny walked with me through 5 attempts at closing due to lender errors and delays on their side, not ours. Johnny was the driving force to getting documents needed when they weren’t being given in a timely manner.This COVID sale was definitely one for the books..... but......If I had to choose anyone to handle the sale of my house, it would be Johnny Quarles, hands down. I’ve never seen a Realtor (other than my Dad) work harder nor give more to the process.

I just have to give a huge shoutout and massive thank you to Johnny Quarles. He listed my parents home and lot less than 2 months ago and we closed on them today. He is a master at using social media to promote his properties and makes sure all of the bases are covered for a smooth and easy closing. The lot and the house were sold to 2 different buyers and we had a contract on them the same weekend. I’m sad my folks are gone but am so happy we have a brand new young family moving into Valley Lodge.
