As an escrow officer for a title company, I had the pleasure of working with Karen on one of her transactions. From the start of the transaction to the closing table, her concern for her clients was evident. Her knowledge as a realtor is top notch and she is very responsive in answering emails and calls. My experience with Karen as my realtor could not have been better. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. Even though she deals with sellers (and buyers) all the time, she understands that the experience is a stressful and emotional experience for the seller (me). She guided me through the whole process, explaining every step, reminding me of timeliness without being bossy, and being available whenever I needed her. Once on the market, my house sold in a few days, but, by the closing date, Karen had worked with me for over two months. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Karen Thomas to anyone selling or trying to buy a home.

I have had the pleasure of having Realtor Karen Thomas help me sell my Robson Ranch house. Karen worked several Open Houses, and put out flyers, in order to sell my house. I feel she has gone above and beyond. Always answering my phone calls or emails with endless questions. She has been patient & pleasant thru it all. Taking the time to explain each and every page I needed to sign.She has done such an outstanding, I am using her to purchase another house. Which will close next month.

What a great experience we had buying our home! Karen Thomas is truly the icing on top. You cant get a more dedicated agent than her. From the beginning through the end she is there guiding, assisting, recommending and reminding you through this complex process. She is very delightful to work with and has all the answers soon after you asked them. Things were completed in stages which didnt overwhelm us at all. In the end, we inherited a friend.
