Karen is amazing. She is very straightforward and honest! Buying a house in Austin is incredibly competitive and stressful and Karen was always supportive and helpful. Her years of experience and expertise helped to keep us calm during the biggest purchase of our lives!!! I can’t imagine how much more stressful this process would have been without her. Her knowledge helped us get an amazing home at an amazing deal and we couldn’t be more grateful for all of her time and support!!!

October 2022--I signed on with Karen Covey, a realtor and agent for property owners back in 2005 when I acquired a rental unit in Austin, Texas. She is most excellent and professional. Since then she has found 5 tenants for me over the years. She does a thorough job of finding and qualifing these tenants so that I have never had any problems with renters paying or damaging my property. I decided to sell the rental in Austin in June 2022. I naturally listed with Karen Covey due to our solid business relationship. The market for Austin hasnt been so great since the 1st Quarter of 2022. But nonetheless, Karen worked very hard and found a buyer for me. We were able to work out the sale and by mid-September 2022, I had a contract and the deal was closed shortly thereafter. I was very impressed that this sale happened in a down market and I got the price I was targeting for my property. This in my view was the result of Karen Coveys diligence, work ethic, and her people first way of doing business. If you are looking for a great agent to buy, sell, or need a tenant, please contact Karen Covey. You cant do better in Austin than signing on with her.
