I was relocating from Florida to Texas and started searching for Realtors via Instagram. I came across a few but based on Kamarahs profile stating she had experience with relocating and she looked very professional, I reached out to her. She responded and emailed me all the information that I would need to get started. She was very prompt and started emailing me listings right away. I came to Texas without knowing anyone and have never visited. Kamarah was very helpful with providing information about areas regarding restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Once I decided on a place amd moved forward with submitting an offer Kamarah kept me updated and provided all documentation for me to sign in a timely manner and as a result, I was able to move into my beautiful home. I dont think I could have chosen a better Realtor to assist me with such a transition from one state to the next. In addition (and more importantly), she helped us understand how to financially prepare to buy a home, provided much needed encouragement and crucial tips for finding and locking in the deal, and explained exactly what to expect during every part of the home-buying process. My wife and I were very anxious beginning the process of becoming first-time homeowners, especially in a hectic market. We had doubts about getting the right house for our growing family. Kamarah calmed our nerves on day 1. She was very informative and laid out a clear plan. Her confidence instilled confidence in us. When we were outbid a 3rd time, she heard the “discouragement” in my voice and told me she didn’t want to hear it, to remain positive, that we would find the right house. I needed her encouraging words in that moment and she was absolutely correct. We remained positive and found the right house. Because of the market, we thought we’d get a 5-7 yr house. Not only was she able to provide me with all the information I needed during the hunt for a House, but once we were approaching closing day, she provided me with a step-by-step list of things I needed to be aware of as a first time home owner. Kamarah is truly passionate about her job, but something that sets her apart is she cares more about her clients and their well being than anything else and she definitely makes you feel that way. It’s not about the money she’ll make off of the relationship she has with you as a real estate agent, it’s truly about finding what fits your needs and wants the best. My wife and I moved across the country from Utah to Dallas and with out us knowing anything about the area, she was able to find us the most beautiful home, getting the best deal and even some deals on various items on our new build home through her knowledge of the business and negotiation skills. We couldn’t say enough good things about her. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who actually cares about you and what you want and need, Kamarah is the way to go with out a doubt.

Kamarah is a wealth of real estate know how, she was so helpful throughout the buying process and beyond. We were first time homebuyers who were re-locating cross country, she got everything set up for us with our tours and helped us buy seamlessly over a weekend. We came in town on a Friday and left on Sunday with a home. She was a staunch negotiator, she got us every incentive the builder offered, she worked with the builder to rectify any issues that arose during construction, and voluntarily drove by our house while it was under construction to check on progress and send me photo updates. I can never say enough good things about our experience and we will not purchase a home from any other agent as long as we are in the DFW metroplex. She continues to be a real estate information life line for us even a year after our transaction. Some things are too good to be true and then theres Kamarah!
