Over the past 4 years I have had the pleasure of using K & K Realtors to buy my house, property manage my house, and finally sell my house in Abilene, TX. In all of these transactions they have been OUTSTANDING. The level of personalized service, tenacity, and integrity shown by Mandy and Bob makes them a cut apart from the larger faceless realty companies in the area. Both my purchase and my sale were quick and transparent with both sides being very happy with the brokerage. During the time where they property managed my house, they were able to secure high quality tenants for my home, and because they knew that having happy, paying tenants was of my highest concern, they were always quick to respond to and fix any tenant issues. Also being a military member, they made it very easy for me to work with them from afar. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mandy worked hard to help us find a wonderful rental home to meet the needs of our family! K & K managed the home very well and they were incredibly easy and responsive to work with whenever we had a question or something needed to be addressed. In all my years dealing with rentals and property managers, I’ve never dealt with someone so genuinely kind and yet professional!

I was recommended them by a co worker who is friends with Robert. I was able to get a hold of Robert the same day that I called him. He helped me buy a house. He got me set up with getting notifications of other homes with the requirements that I needed. Robert and Mandy made the whole home buying experience easy and stress free. Any question I had they were there to give me their professional opinion and hold my hand as needed. I didnt feel alone during any of the process and I wasnt a burden to them. I highly recommend using them to buy or sell your home. They work for you to get what you want. Even today, 4 days after my closing they are helping to ensure that my house is what is should be.

Really deserve more stars than the internet allows honestly. Mandy saved us more times than I can count on my hands in so many ways. This is saying alot comparing to the all slum lord real estate agencies out in town. Wish They had more rentals in our price range. when we needed more space for our growing family or we would have never left. I really hope they continue to grow and show the others in town how to do business. This town really needs that. With all our love The Houghs.

It has been a seemless process and I cant imagine being happier with any other company. Mandy, in particular, has been very responsive and helpful.
