Wanted a realtor the was open, friendly, available, and wiling to answer my questions and concerns. I did not know Ryan Ferkel personally, but knew by his in laws that he would be trustworthy and friendly. Two traits that were highly valued.Advice for potential buyers: ask a lot of questions, dont be afraid to vocalize you needs and wants. Find a realtor that you like and can be honest with. A realtor that will answer your questions in way that you understand. May not have found my dream home but did find a dream realtor.

Jacob Dodd helped us find and purchase our first home in 2021. We needed a realtor who would help us learn and do something we had never done before. He was a great choice for that because he is very patient and hard working. We had to travel into town to house hunt and Jacob was always prepared with houses to see and information for all of our questions (and we had a lot of questions). We bought in a time that people were purchasing homes that we looked at before we could even get back to our home to discuss if we even wanted to put in an offer. It was stressful! Thankfully Jacob was working hard for us. I remember he made a call about a house and somehow got us connected to a house that was not on our radar--that house is now our home. He didnt have to work that hard, but he did. We are so glad we worked with Jacob before and will work with him in the future.

She works really well staying in your budget and very attentive to the things that you like and dont like (which helped us narrow our search). We had an issue where the seller was very slow with providing important information in regard to repairs, and between Kiersten and her broker Mrs. Julie, things were still able to be taken care of in such a smooth process. To confirm that everything was cleared with repairs, Kiersten took it upon herself to pay for another focused inspection (which she did not have to do!).
