I have utilized Julie twice now. Once in 2019 when I bought my first home and again this year in 2023 when I both sold and bought a new home. She was wonderful during my first home buying process. Julie was patient, provided me with lots of information and was always available for questions. When it was time to sell and find a new home, I knew I wanted to utilize her again. She helped us list and sell our home and in less than a month we had an offer! The buyers of our home requested a fast, 21 day close which Julie helped facilitate and made sure our new home could accommodate as well. Even now, as we settle into our new home Julie has checked in and helped us navigate some issues. 10/10 recommend. Julie goes above and beyond.

Selling a house can be a stressful and exciting time in one’s life. You want someone that will advocate for you and Julie is all you could want and more. She knows real estate inside and out. She cares so deeply for her clients and does everything in her power to make you as happy as possible. From initially meeting her, she just lights up a room and her energy is so infectious. She works extremely hard for her clients and does not allow you to feel any of the stress of this process. To top it all off, she sold our condominium in a record amount of time. No other units had sold as quickly as ours did, and we owe that all to her. If you are in the market for an efficient, intelligent, reliable, remarkable, and outstanding human, she is the one for you. She is light that guides you through this long process. We highly recommend Julie Siegmund for any of your real estate needs.
