Julie Harper deserves 10 stars! This was our second simultaneous sale and purchase with Julie. The sale of our home went smoothly, she got us a 2 week leaseback! For the purchase I decided on a new build. Even though the builders provided their own reps for FREE I still saw the value in having a pro on MY side. Julie negotiated with the builder for many upgrades such as blinds, all new appliances. When it came to the contract of 60+ pages she read through it for me, highlighting areas of concern. When it was walk through time she was right by side asking questions, asking for touch ups and taking instructional videos. Julie works with her heart, as her client you will know it! I will definitely use Julie again. ;)

Without any prior knowledge, I hired Julie based on her past sales performance statistics, which BTW were the best. After a short phone interview with her I had no doubts that she would take charge. Take charge she did handling anything and everything we needed done to list the house, from hiring contractors for needed repairs to cleaning and maintenance.
