If you want a true professional Real Estate Agent, one who actually knows the ins and out of selling properties, Juli is the ONE! She has a complete real estate business background and can relate to all personalities in RE and then some! Juli will go the extra mile, while actually caring about her customers. Juli is amazing!!!! Shes very attentive to details and responsive to the needs of her clients. Juli uses her experience and knowledge to help her clients by educating them and by negotiating on their behalf. She helped me with things I didnt even consider, and this was my 4th home purchase. I thought I knew quite a bit about home purchasing and getting the best mortgage. Without Juli, I wouldnt have obtained nearly as good of a deal as I did.

I cant say enough about how Juli manages to be so cool common collected under the pressure of dealing with something is important as a house purchase in a house sale. I find her to be incredibly realistic when it comes to what will work from a sellers side and what you can get from a buying side as I have been on both sides of the transaction with her a number of times. I know that her page said she serves kind of the Collin county area but I would say shes definitely all over the metroplex and Id be hard pressed to refer anybody else.
