    What an amazing experience! Kenya and her team were top notch from day one until closing! Kenya was so patient with me while I navigated through this emotional process. During the time when I wanted to give up, she encouraged me to trust the process. When I felt strongly about something, she graciously allowed me dig my heels in. Even when she had an unexpected personal issue, Kenya was still trying to tend to my needs. For me, customer service goes a long way.     Around May/June of 2023 I began my home-ownership journey. I consulted with Kenya Spencer-Martin as of JPAR and hired her as my realtor. This process was very complex and at times frustrating but Kenya was extremely patient and personable in a quick response to all my questions and concerns. Kenya was there from beginning to end, often going above and beyond to ensure everything was going smoothly. On September 1, 2023, after touring several homes, I finally reached closing on my forever home. As a first time home-buyer, Kenya ensured I had a favorably memorable experience.     Thank you, Julia Miller, for your incredible effort to help us get our house on the market, staged beautifully and SOLD in 17 days! If you are looking for a realtor who knows the business and is VERY GOOD at what she does, look no further, Julia is your agent! Julia took the time to meet with us and go over every single thing with us. From the listing agreement to the day of closing, there was nothing that I asked Julia that she didnt have the answer for. THAT was the most important thing for us, we wanted an agent with skill and knowledge of the ever changing real estate market and how we could get top dollar and sell in a timely fashion.     Listing my property with Laurie Cohen turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. After pondering for years whether to sell my condo or not, i finally decided to sell it. I called Laurie cleaned out the condo in 3 days and took all of her advice and 6 days later it sold at the asking price.     Weve had the pleasure of having Darice Bolden and Tyronne Bolden, the dream team, as our realtors! They were very thorough, responsive, and went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find a home. Because we had a tight timeline to find a home as we were transferring to a new state, they hit the ground running and physically visited each home for us as we could not be there and we video chatted for each walk-through. They provided excellent feedback and helped us choose a home we will rest knowing will be a great place to call home for years to come!     We were looking to rent a home in The Colony. I found a home that was list by Mrs. Subi Philips. I was told it was unavailable and then she sent me a link of homes that fit that criteria and area. She took a day of her time to take us to 4-5 homes and we didn’t like any.
