Beyond thankful for Martha’s help through out this new journey for finding my dream home!! She was very patient through out the whole process. She looked up all the details on potential homes for us and would get back to us right away with a response. Once we found the house we liked she made the process run fast and smoothly. Patrick Blaha represented my daughter and son in law about 6 yrs ago with their first TX purchase and with their 2nd. He helped her in-laws as well as her sister in laws lease then later her purchase all in North TX. Now it was my and my hubbys turn to find our Azle TX home coming from AZ/CA. Patrick was fabulous to work with. Very thorough and dedicated to our every need. He went over and beyond what youd expect your agent to do for you. Our CA sale was delayed and messy from the start. He stepped in and worked as a team with our wonderful CA agent to get things back on track and completed so we didnt lose our dream home here in Azle due to the issues. Sheana is a really great realtor. She helped me every step of the way, from keeping great communication with me, making the next steps happen when lenders don’t want to be cooperative with us and going threw every step with you especially as a first time home buyer like myself.
