I purchased my first home with Scott Greens help. He made the process better than expected. Scott is casual but professional and always took my needs seriously. He guided me through the process from beginning to end. Scott never missed an appointment or meeting and was always available or able to schedule time to talk, text, or email. He never made excuses or caused me to mistrust his motives. He was always in my corner at every step. JPAR even assisted in finding a mortgage team for my unusual purchase needs. Scott also went above and beyond by scheduling qualified help to make some repairs on the property to ensure we would stay on schedule for the loan closing. Scott will be my first call when I need real estate transactions or to refer my friends and family.
