Hannah is INCREDIBLE! We bought our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. Hannah was friendly, trustworthy, diligent, thorough, professional, and every other good quality you could possibly want in a real estate agent.She was honest and supportive and patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for as we went and found us a house that we love. She went to bat for us when we were making our first offer and ran into some difficulties. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Hannah Jones is a true professional! The process from initially looking at property the summer of 2023 to going to contract and closing February 2024 was a very smooth one from start to finish. Hannah Jones was an outstanding realtor for our family. She was highly recommended from a close family friend, whom she had helped sell a house they had lived in for 50 yrs. It was the first time we had ever sold a home out of state, due to a death in the family. She was wonderful at communicating and truly had our best interest in mind throughout the process. She was a great listener and paid close attention to our needs in trying to sell our family home of 48 yrs. We could not have found a better person to get this job done!

I really enjoyed working with Hannah . She was extremely helpful in selling my mother’s house. She explained the market and house values in the neighborhood very well and worked very hard to get us the most money out of the sell. No sales pitches or inflated values for the house. Hannah Jones helped us sell my mother’s home and was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and did a thorough search for comps to price the home to sell. She was very optimistic and responsive to texts, phone calls and emails. She knows real estate and offered great advise with the selling process. The house sold in about 8 weeks due to very good marketing and ideas of how to make the home as attractive as possible to potential buyers.

My husband and I are moving to Texas and bought a house through a relocation company. We worked with a realtor communicating solely on the phone. We had some concerns with some aggressive attitude and don’t like a bully type mentality. On the day of our walk/closing (first time meeting him) he was in-personable and curt, didn’t have any closing information for us and had to leave early. The Realtor “Hannah”, who represented the ‘sellers’ was present with her clients which was a nice surprise. Once our realtor left, it was her that answered our questions, gave us info about the closing location and was just so kind, polite and a million times more helpful then ours. Being our nerves and anxiety were high enough - Hannah calmed us down, gave us reassurance, provided us with much needed advice and gave us her contact info if we needed anything. Fast forward 4 days later, we have gotten quick responses with needing information on contacts for utilities, warranty’s and even referrals for window coverings. We haven’t heard anything at all from our realtor. To sum up - if anyone is looking for a wonderful, friendly, helpful, professional and ALL the warm fuzzies you need on one of the biggest decisions your making - Call Hannah !!!!!
