Cherika went above and beyond to help me sell my home in East Texas and connected me to a Florida realtor to buy my new home. Relocating to another state was stressful but Cherika made sure I was taken care of. She explained the process every step of the way. In 3 days of the listing, I had multiple offers. Cherika was fantastic in my selling and buying process by working with another realtor from another state to ensure we were all on the same page. She is the BEST!!

Cherika initially sold me my first house, so when we decided to sell she was the first person I called. She had Eryne assist me and with the sell and it could not have gone easier. We were moving to the DFW area and Cherika referred to a very knowledgeable realtor who was very helpful in finding a new place to stay. Buying and selling can be stressful, but Cherika and her associates made the transition so much easier. I refer anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house to Johnson Realty. Excellent customer service on both ends.

I bought my home June of 2013, Cherika Johnson is my realtor. From the beginning she sent me in the right direction and connected me with people who helped get everything I needed set up to close on my first home in a little over a month.
