    Johnna is so phenomenal! I initially began working with Johnna about 2 years ago when I was looking to rent a house. My friend used her and she was so impressed with her services that she highly recommended her. My friend is incredibly picky so that kind of recommendation is a big deal. My credit was awful but despite seeing my credit profile and knowing my score, Johnna still treated me like I had a an 850. No matter the location of the home I wanted to see, she would review the criteria with me and meet me at the home for a tour. Johnna informed me that due to my credit, a larger deposit would be required. She told me where I needed to make improvements to my credit and never made me feel like I was less than. I decided to stay in my apartment until I could make the improvements.After doing the work on my credit, I reached out to Johnna March of 2021. I was in search of a rental home once again and she was such a nice Realtor, I wanted to use her. She remembered me and was so excited to work with me again. I really needed more space for my toddler, my mom and I. After reviewing my profile, she expressed how proud she was of me and informed me that I could actually buy. I told her I was scared to buy and wasnt quite ready. I told her I would try renting for a year and then look into ownership. She encouraged me to give it some thought and continued to help me on my search for a rental. The real estate market for both renting and buying home was incredibly hot. It was definitely an Owner/Sellers market. Before I could even go see a property it was gone. When I expressed my frustration to Johnna she not only encouraged me but found me 2 rental properties that I loved and was qualified for. After doing the math and talking to my mom, she encouraged me to listen to Johnna and move forward with buying a home. That was the best decision I ever made!Keep in mind what I said about the real estate market being hot. I would see houses online only to find out they had received 20 or more offers in a day. Johnna worked to get me financing while taking notes on what I was looking for in a home. She promised me that we would make it happen and she DELIVERED!!!! I quite honestly never thought I would own a home and tried giving up quite few times but Johnna was positive and stayed the course. She would send me encouraging text, call me full of positivity and take my calls with weird questions at all hours. She was patient and understood that this was a huge step. I found a lot of houses but she was actually the one to find me my perfect home. She looked at the schools and made sure that I was in a top rated district so that my son could receive the best education. This was something as a first time mom, Im ashamed to say that I didnt think of. I cant say enough about the professionalism and kindness that she has shown me. I would not be a homeowner if it wasnt for her. I was able to do this as a single mom and just know, so can you! All it takes is the right team of people working with you and supporting you to make your dreams come true. Im sitting on the stairs in my 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with tears in my eyes as I type this. I just closed on Monday. A million thank yous would never be enough! She is the BEST!!! I have highly recommended her to everyone that I know and now I am highly recommending her to you! You will not be disappointed!

    First off i would love to thank Ms. Johnna Johnson for reaching out to me and guiding me in the right direction. Ms. Shantell Pete is part of Johnna Johnson team, Shantell is very intelligent, very kind, such a sweet heart and very professional. I have gotten the opportunity to work with one of the best realtors and there are not even enough stars and words that i can give to describe how Shantell has helped me during this process. Firstly my situation was not the easiest, secondly i was all over the place with my decision on what i really wanted, thirdly i was moving out of state with my three daughters into a new state and lastly the move had to be quick. Shantell told me not to stress she got this, that she has been doing this job for a long time so she will get me and my girls a home at the time i need. we started the process even at night Shantell will reach out and ask for more information and also on weekends. Shantell give herself no breaks she was hands on ready with everything, she responded at all times, the property managers would take forever to give a respond to her questions and Shantell was always in their emails or calling or texting and assured me they will respond. I confided in her with everything, even at times i got emotional about everything that was happening so quickly she was always a call or text away know matter the time and she always responded speaking or texting the right things that lifted my spirit. Shantell knows her job extremely well and takes her job very serious because of her consistency today my daughters and myself have a home and we are extremely happy, with that being said even though i have my home and moved in shantell made a list of things and share it with me so that i can keep on track accomplishing all that is required for the comfort of our home. She made the home buying process go smoothly and is very experienced. Many people think buying a home is overwhelming (yes, it can), but having a realtor like Johnna makes it much easier.     Johnna was a true blessing. I live in Northern NV, my mom and aunt live in NM and the house we needed to sell is located in Houston TX that had anothe aunt we had to consider. I literally called ReMax because I know the company is good and just chose Johnna Johnson because she had a good rating. I truly can’t explain everything that happened in the five months it took to get this house sold but she went above and beyond what a realtor does.     Johnna is a blessing in disguise...I was so overwhelmed and distraught before being referred to Johnna. As soon as I spoke to her I knew she was the truth and I have not lost a minute of sleep since. She explains everything in a way that the average Joe can understand but what I love the most is how she just stepped in and took control with a professional but friendly disposition.
