I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Paul D’Angelo. The process of selling my parents’ home was made easy because Paul did all of the work. He knows the market inside and out. He helped us understand our options and supported our decision to sell the house “as is”. Paul had the house posted in less than 24 hours and we had 14 showings in just a couple of days. The house closed in around 30 days. Paul took care of every detail. We could not have asked for a better person to work with. If we could leave 10 stars for this review, we would. Call Paul D’Angelo, you’ll be so glad you did!

I cannot say enough about John DAngelo and Brian Miller and their team. I phoned them on a Tuesday morning, they came Wednesday morning, and within about half an hour, they made us an offer. We already had one offer, but theirs was $65K higher! AND they paid closing costs!It was obvious that Brian and John had done their homework before they came: they know the neighborhood, house prices, etc. The paperwork was handled by Alliance Title, a company they have a relationship with. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly; they made everything easy.Our house was in pretty bad shape inside, and we werent certain what we would be able to get for it, so we were thrilled to get a good price. We are also happy to know that, after being our familys house for 59 years, the house will have a new life with a new family.
