My husband and I were first time home buyers who had absolutely no clue when it came to buying a house. We were directed to Jody by some close friends who have used her repeatedly. My husband and I had some suggestions of houses we liked, but when we toured with Jody in person we found that we didnt really know what we were looking for. Jody was able to immediately send us a list of houses and we found our dream house within days. She then walked us through the financing process and was our advocate through out. Jody was recommended by a few friends who purchased homes with Treehouse. I was looking for my first home and had high expectations with no knowledge of the house hunting process. I text her, answered a few questions about what I was looking for and within 24 hours we had a list of houses we were touring. I was a picky client, should we say champagne taste on a beer budget?! But, Jody was patient with us, showing us many houses and answering all my questions. She was REAL and honest during the whole process. She would remind us when we didnt get the one we wanted, or couldnt find the one we liked to keep looking because there was a home out there for us! And there was! Jody also recommended a lender for me that cut cost and got us to close on time. She knows all the neighborhoods and communities around the BCS area and shows you homes in the areas that fit your family. I would HIGHLY recommend Jody to anyone in the Brazos Valley that is looking to buy or sell a home! She is AMAZING and makes the whole process enjoyable and stress free!
