Joanna went above and beyond to get my house sold! She kept me up to date on the repairs and when the house was ready to be sold! She checked numerous times to make sure my house was well taken care of while it was empty! She actively worked with another broker to get the buyer of my house in as soon as possible. I’ve bought 2 houses and have worked with many realtors and agencies while looking to buy my houses and selling a house. By far, Joanna is the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. She went out of her way to make sure my house was perfect to put up on the market. Joanna made sure to work with my really busy schedule making herself available whenever I needed her. She even helped me schedule the required services requested from the buyer when I didn’t know what to do. Before even 24 hours of being on the market, my house already had multiple offers.
