As first time home buyers new to the area, Jordan was such a huge help in understanding the market and which areas would suit us now, and for long term equity building. I picked her based on the incredible amount of knowledge she shares on her website and YouTube pages. I haven’t seen that from any other realtor. She and her team were so attentive and very quick to respond to calls and texts. They put in multiple offers for us, many times staying up late to do so. Aside from being a great realtor, Jordan is super sweet and personable and makes you feel like an old friend. Highly recommend her and her company!

Jordan is not only my realtor, she also has become a dear friend. I never thought that at the height of the pandemic while watching you tube I will come across Jordan’s channel. Her videos are so interesting, so real and so informative and that triggered my interest to invest in real estate in Texas. After watching her videos I called her up around August 2020 and in less than 3 months she got me my first rental property which in less than 2 weeks Jordan found me good renter for my house.We’re happy customers and got so excited with our first house so that after 3 months, we bought another rental house. All through the help, guidance and great work of Jordan. Both properties are currently producing positive cashflow. Did I mention that we’re from California? Almost all our dealings are just through video calls.. We signed contracts even without seeing the house physically. That’s how much we trust Jordan.Jordan provides an excellent customer service.She’s always available and will answer all your questions. I moved to Houston, TX from California and was blessed to have found the best real estate agent. Moving is can be very stressful, but Jordan made it stress-free. She answered all of my questions; and boy, I had a lot of questions.Jordan was a pleasure to work with; she has a Youtube channel that answers most of your real estate questions!Shes active on social media, shes easily accessible, and she’s full of information! I happily recommend her to all my friends and family. Jordan hasnt forgotten about my family or me, as she always recommends the best places to visit, where to eat, where to shop, and fun places I can take my kids. Jordan did a wonderful job as my home buying realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the north Houston areas, which was a big help to me, coming from out of state. She is also resourceful, and was able to answer and expand on any questions I had during the process. She was timely, responsive, organized and truly everything I needed in a realtor. She knows her stuff, and even in a pandemic market, when I thought I’d have to settle for less than what I really wanted, Jordan pushed back and, based on her knowledge & experience, she said no, don’t settle…stick with what you really want. Moving is never easy. Even when you know the end goal will be magical and life changing, the process is usually always a nightmare you have to push through. Finding Jordan and Jo & Co was the greatest gift my guardian angel has ever blessed me with. Once I had a general location in mind, I was able to browse through her library of YouTube videos and see detailed tours of cities, neighborhoods, houses, parks, and entertainment spots. Jordan was more than just a realtor, her channel and blog felt more like a tour guide. She takes pride in not only showing homes but showcasing what kind of experience certain areas provided. Once we finally narrowed down our selection, Jo & Co was in constant contact, and aided us every step of the way to eventually finding us our dream home! Jordan got us our dream home (pool, golf course community, great schools) in a housing market with practically zero inventory. The best realtors know when to be aggressive and when to work their networking magic. That was Jordan for us every step of the way. She knows all of the different neighborhoods in the Woodlands and Spring very well, and shes familiar with most the realtors from all of the deals shes closed. Those connections matter in such a competitive market. She gave us wise advice on how much to offer -- that got us the house -- and what to ask post inspection -- to bring down our closing costs a few thousand dollars. She was also a reliable and trustworthy source of advice on all things home care related - mold, foundation, pool issues - so that we knew what to be on the lookout for and what not to worry about. We are so lucky we found her and we feel even more blessed she helped us snag a beautiful house in a great neighborhood within 3 weeks of starting our search. After we closed she even got our toddler son a few toys as closing gifts, a very sweet gesture. She is amazing and we highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy right now!

Moving to another state with a family of 5 is not an easy task when you are very unfamiliar with the area. We knew about where we wanted to be but didnt have the time to spend there to research enough so I almost gave up. Then, I came across Jo&Cos YouTube videos and I was hooked. I found everything I could possibly want and need to know about relocating to the Houston area. Jordan is very knowledgable as well as inviting and personable. Purchasing a home in a sellers market had a few tough moments but she and her assistant, Kalie, kept our spirits high by being highly responsive and offering ideas and options we wouldnt have thought of on our own. With little home buying experience and not having the ability to be present for most of the house hunting, we felt extremely confidant with their opinions and thoughts on neighborhoods, schools and homes. Between virtual tours, offer letters and recommendations on a total team of professionals, I dont know what we would have done without Jo&Co.
