Jim helped us with buying our first home. He was very informative and helped is understand the ins and outs of what to look for when buying a home. He spent time with us to learn what we were looking for and was very responsive. Jim demonstrated his skill and experience well through negotiation and has been helpful in lining up repairs and answering all our questions through closing. Jim helped me sell 2 of my homes by giving me a killer deal on the seller fees. Although he gave me a good discount, he treated me better than other realtors I had worked with in the past. I couldnt believe there people like Jim out there. So glad a friend recommended him to me. Got more than the expected price I wanted for the homes. Very very very pleased!
