We had a house all picked out and ready to move from Oregon to Texas. As a native Texan, I wanted to connect with someone laid back in approach, but attentive and thoughtful. That is exactly what we got with Jim. Turns out, the odds of you picking out your dream house from pictures on the internet are not great. Jim was ready for that and gently pointed us in the perfect direction. We looked at several others, but the very first one he showed us was IT.
