Having known Jesse for 39 years, I know that his business practices & ethics are of the highest standards. Within a week of requesting his help in finding land for our vacation home, he was able to find one that was such a beauty that we had him submit an intent to buy site unseen. When we finally did view the site located close to Medina Lake, we knew right away that it was the perfect land for us. He also helped in having the title company expedite the signing process due to our time constraints. Jesus really put in the work to help me get the home I wanted, and not just the home I wanted but the home I wanted at a price that I could afford. He did an amazing job, so good that I only had to pay $70 at closing in a market where that’s unheard of. I’m not saying that can happen for everyone, but Jesus will try his damn best to make sure you get what you want and how you want it.
