We were under contract within 2 days of our house going on the market!!! Wow! Talk about FAST! In June 2022, my husband and I began considering moving west with his job. As first time sellers, we contacted Jen for her insight on how the sell process would go. She gave us a consultation and did a walk through of our home to assess and give us tips on how to prepare our home for the market. My husband and I waited and in January 2023, we reached back out to Jen and expressed we were ready to sell. She did another walk through with us and gave us a timeframe plan. We acknowledged that there was a shift in the market and Jen had helped us set up a strategy to make our home marketable with these changes. In February we put our house on the market and were able to secure above asking price. Jen helped my family with her network of contractors to ensure we had our house ready to go for the new homeowners. We were out of the house in the first week of March 2023. We are truly grateful and my family has been able to relocate quickly and enjoy some travel. Thank you so much Jen for all of your expertise and passion to really help your clients!

I moved from San Antonio from the East Coast in early 2021. I had a number of realtors, some lost interest quickly and one tried on the very first meet to lock me down into a contract… Without ever meeting me.I was renting a townhouse, which I had only been a couple of months when the owner decided to sell it. I met Jen by pure chance as she was one of the realtors attempting sell said Townhouse.She was very easy to talk to and just a very straight up person…something I really didn’t expect from a realtor.No contract was needed at the beginning… She wanted me to be happy (I guess if I was happy, I was going to stay…). She actually listened to me and what I wanted in a house.She worked doggedly, I repeat, she worked doggedly, to find that house for me. And she did. I just did a survey with the builder who built this house and I told let flat out that without Jen I would’ve never purchased this house.Every time I called the builder, they were not available, they were switching personnel from project to project, and they really weren’t that interested. Made me angry. So when I couldn’t get answers from the builder, I would immediately call Jen, and she would get those answers by the end of the day (She gets things done!).No one is perfect…but, I’m not sure I could’ve found a better realtor. She is knowledgeable not only in real estate, but also lending and was well-versed in the properties we looked at. She is the teammate that every buyer needs when looking for a home.
