Were extremely impressed with Jemi Khan. My husband and I are the owner of multiple investment properties in Texas, bought those from out of state and she was our realtor. She always stayed on top of all the details from the beginning and made it easy. So I hope what I have to say about Jemi means a lot. Her timing was perfect. She helped us to find a lender and after closing to get a perfect fit tenant she monitored everything very closely. We had everything completed pretty quickly and all credit goes to her. Even till now if we have any concerns/questions she is always there to take out all the stresses. Jemi is smart, organized, professional and really great to work with.

We were glad the first realtor we worked with turned out to be the best realtor in this market as opposed to what our friends dealt with!She is simply great with numbers and comps, not only that her verbiage and communication skills are on point specially towards the other party ensuring the deal gets locked quickly!
