When my girlfriend and I found out we were expecting a child, we immediately started looking for homes and had the absolute pleasure of running into Jeanne Marie Kenny. From the very beginning, she was pivotal in helping us—both of whom had never rented a home before—understand what to look for, find the right property for our growing family (including our dogs), and negotiate on our behalf. We found a home we absolutely fell in love with, and she was quick to respond and set up viewing dates not only for that home but for four more, just to make sure we made the right choice. When we go to buy a home in the future, we will be using JM, as she was warm, understanding, and unbelievably hard-working to make sure we walked away with exactly what we wanted!

We highly recommend Jeanne Marie Kenny to help you find and buy your new home. She made us feel like we were her only clients! Actually, she had several other deals in process. I met her on a visit to Texas while looking at one of her rental listings, and she offered to help us find a rental. Jeanne Marie was more ambitious than any broker I’d ever met, more conscientious, and more personable. She toured many rental homes with me, and then kept us well informed of the housing conditions before, during, and after relocating from out of state.Jeanne Marie kept our best interest at heart and worked as hard on our rentals, doing Facetime tours, etc., as on our home purchase when we decided instead to get into the buyers’ market. She came on every house tour – about ten in total, some 50 miles away from Frisco to Flower Mound to Denton – until we found the right area and home (Aubrey, Texas). And then she walked us through the buying process, referring us to the best finance company, and more. When she needed expert advice, she relied on her primary broker and experienced team to get us answers fast.In addition to being generous with her time and communicative, she is the kind of person we are grateful to call a friend, being warm, thoughtful, and kind. And now that we’ve bought our home, she’s provided advice and referrals to service providers, as well as remembered us kindly throughout the holidays. Jeanne Marie Kenny helped my mother sell her house in the Medical Arts District of Dallas. “JM” went above and beyond with her patience, compassion, and persistence. The fact that she is trilingual in Spanish, French and English helped when she was interpreting all the paperwork verbally to my mother in Spanish! When it came to the closing, Jeanne Marie made sure to have a Spanish-speaking notary present to verbally interpret to Spanish all closing paperwork. I would recommend Jeanne Marie to anyone needing to rent, buy or sell a home!

Jeanne Marie made our home buying process go smoothly from start to finish! We were first-time home buyers and were house hunting from out of state. On top of that, we were trying to buy during a sellers market when buyers were incredibly competitive. “JM” went above and beyond to help our house hunting go smoothly and efficiently each time we came into town. She filtered through tons of houses and even pre-viewed some houses for us to help us rule houses in or out of our search before we made trips into town, so that we could maximize our (limited) time seeing only the top contenders while we were there. She helped us put together competitive offers that we were still comfortable with, and thanks to her skills, we were able to win a house in multiple offers that checked all our boxes (literally, all of them)! At every step of the way, she had our best interests at heart. JM was a calm, kind, and necessary resource in the middle of a crazy market. Three years after our purchase, it is very clear to us that we got an incredible deal on our house. Not only was it a good investment, but its also our first home, where we are building our family and making memories. You wont regret using Jeanne Marie!
