We couldnt be happier with the job JC did for us in selling our home. We had probably priced our home a little higher than the neighborhood suggested but with her help, we sold quickly. Im sure it had something to do with the work her team put in producing the videos and pictures and even drone shots. Even the for sale sign she put in our front yard was more impressive than a normal realtor sign. Based on our results, we would definitely recommend Homes By JC.

Selling a home can be a difficult and trying experience. However, JC Young made our experience a pleasent one. JC helped with ideas for staging. She advised us on pricing. She planned and scheduled an extremely successful open house. JC answered any questions throughout the process and communicated well. In addition, JC helped with a lease back when our new home was not available as soon as it was promised. We could not have been more pleased with JC and the way she handled our sale. I highly recommend JC and would use her again without hesitation.

JC was awesome during the process of selling my parents property. I am in Missouri and had to deal with the sale long distance. I could not have found a better person to assist me. There were a lot of changes she had to deal with, and she was very patient throughout the process. I was really stressed out having to deal with the whole process. JC is one in a million. This amazing lady helped me and my partner with selling our home in Melissa. Not only does she have mad negotiation skills, but she was also with us through the rough journey every step of the way. When our movers ran out of space 3/4 into the job, JC jumped into action and helped us to find emergency assistance and also helped us to get all of our excess goods into a local storage facility. We were still able to move out on time with the contract, and we were able to return a couple of weeks later to get our remaining goods. At the end of it all, we truly felt that JC cared about us and our welfare, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were ok and stayed focused on the prize. If you decide to sell, go with JC....she is the one that will help you get through it!! Thank you JC, from the bottom of our hearts!!
