Its obvious that she loves her job and truly loves helping people.I was looking for a house to lease, and she provided me with SO MANY options within my budget. She took me on tours of many properties, and she spent a lot of time doing behind the scenes work like speaking with the agents of the properties to ensure I would qualify, and also advocating for me. She promptly responded to my many questions and never made me feel like a bother.     I started working with Luis Arias of JBGoodwin Realtors about 2 months ago after trying and failing to use other companies. Luis stepped in and immediately began putting together a list of homes for us to view. He was organized, diligent, and very knowledgeable about the different areas we were looking in. I had a very tight deadline and needed to be in a home by January 31st and he made it happen. I’m beyond grateful for his dedication and kindness throughout the whole process. I can not recommend this company or Luis enough, they offer the home buying experience people deserve.

    Michelle Mohr was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Our buying experience was different than most. First, I would like to say that she was available whenever we needed her morning, noon, or night to address any questions or concerns we had. Second, we purchased a new build and had to do a quick close because we were leaving the country for a vacation and the day we got back I was starting a new job. During our final walkthrough we found issues that we needed addressed. After we closed and while we were gone, she drove by to check on the work and wrote emails on our behalf. Once we were back and certain work wasn’t completed she advocated for us and personally made sure the work was being completed because my husband and I were both working and very busy trying to get us packed up. She could have simply walked away after closing but she wanted us to be happy and without her, I don’t know if any of the work would have been done. She spent two weeks after closing working for us to make sure that everything was done. She really is a rockstar and really is the definition “of goes above and beyond”.     I want to start by saying I rarely give reviews. I only do it if the service was great or if it was really horrible .... Im renter and lets just say I dont have the perfect credit and in a tight budget .. Im also limited to where I could move due to the kids schools. I had spoken to several realtors and they all gave me the runaround because they knew it wasnt going to be easy finding me a place. I was bout ready to give up on working with any realtors when I came across Elizabeth....     Anne Allare is professional, organized, and friendly! We were out of state when we started looking for a place to live.     Michelle Mohr 100000% is the realtor you need! She guided through every step, question, concern and helped us understand EVERYTHING with selling our home and purchasing our new home.     Rich is the best! We talked to Rich and several other agents prior to listing our home. Rich was the only one who presented us with a market valuation. After his presentation, we were sold! We signed with him and never looked back. He was readily available and provided valuable information throughout the entire process.     I have worked with Kelsey Haderer on several transactions: including three home sales and quite a few leases. Kelsey is outstanding, and being a realtor myself I know a good agent! Since I live out of state, I rely on her to manage things, and she always comes through with timely reports, video tours of comps and occasionally has even done a bit of cleaning when the situation demanded it.     Barbara McLaughlin is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend working with her. She made house hunting fun! She provided us with lots of great information to familiarize with the different areas, and what they had to offer. Were so grateful to have worked with someone who is so patient and diligent, as she kept us from being overwhelmed, since we didnt even know where to start the process. She showed perseverance, and had a calming, positive demeanor. Because we live out of the area, she was able to tour many homes for us, and give us more information that what we could see from just the online pictures. We cant stress enough how much we appreciate her going above and beyond. For example, I cant drive long distances, so she even drove all the way down to Kyle to pick me up to tour some homes an hour away in the Round Rock area! She genuinely enjoys helping people and it shows. Her bubbly personality makes her a pleasure to work with.     We found our realtor, Vanessa Simon, completely by accident at an open house we attended. Boy was that lucky because she is the absolute best! It was very early days for us. Just getting a feel for what we wanted/needed in our first home. She was so genuinely caring, open, and knowledgeable, without being obtrusive or pushy as many of the agents we’d met at other open houses were, we knew right away she was someone our family wanted to work with.The whole JB Goodwin team was awesome but Vanessa is the star in this story. She worked with my husband and I for months, something like April/May until we closed on our home in October.
