Due to job needs we had to leave the home before we could sell it.Lidia kept an eye on everything for us including vetting and supervised contractors to do our fix up repairs etc. She made sure the grass was watered and kept neat, just to mention a few of the things Lidia went way above and beyond to get the job done.The market was kind of tight so it took a while to sell the home but Lidia handled many open houses and showings before the house was actually sold.     When looking for a realtor, you would be hard pressed to find one that works harder and is more trust worthy than Kelly Pratt. We met Kelly 5 years ago when searching for a rental house after a horrible apartment experience, the care and compassion she showed us was something I never experience before with any realtor I had previously worked with. She genuinely cared. After finding us a fantastic rental home, we kept in touch over the years, just waiting for the time that we would be able to start the search of purchasing our own home. That time finally came this year. When they tell you the process of purchasing a home is stressful and one of the hardest things you will do, they are wrong.... if youre working with Kelly Pratt that is. We kept waiting for the pin to drop, for our stress levels to rise....but they never did and we have Kelly to thank for that. She listened to what we considered our must haves and never showed us something that didnt fit or was out of our price range. Kelly was ALWAYS available to chat (even though she probably needed a break from me haha) and would drop everything at a moments notice to show us a new promising house as soon as they were listed. She NEVER let us settle. She knew how long we had waited for this moment and there was no way she wasnt going to ensure we got the perfect house. And she did. A new house was listed on a Thursday evening and she sent it to us immediately and told us she had a good feeling - she felt this was it. We made an appointment for 2pm the next day and I walked in the door and I knew she was right, this was our house, it was perfect. Kelly rushed home and we had an offer in at 5pm and by 7pm our offer was accepted and joyous hysteria followed. Throughout the entire contract period Kelly kept us on task, reminding us step by step of each thing we had to do so it was never overwhelming, and dare I say easy. When the day came for us to finally sign the contract, it was just as exciting for Kelly as it was for us. It wasnt just a business transaction for her, she truly cared that we were getting our dream home and celebrated in our happiness.     Her name is Marrisa Mendoza, and she is the best real estate agent in America.... hands down!!! I dont have enough space to write a review thats fitting for the lady, OK! She drove around what seemed to be all of Texas for weeks and weeks and weeks.... We just couldnt seem to find the perfect home. We even put our search on hold because we ourselves were drained and overwhelmed by the process (Sorry Marissa). After about 2 weeks we decided to jump back into the market, so we called Marrisa and asked if we could use her services again.     Marisa Mendoza: Hero of the Austin Real Estate MarketWe had the absolute privilege of working with Marisa Mendoza when looking for my new home here in Round Rock. If I had a million words, it could still not convey how absolutely fortunate we feel about her work and finding us our new home. In the beginning I, personally, did not feel that we needed a realtor to guide us through this process. And I was completely and utterly wrong! Which is why we were SO lucky to run into her at an open house, got to know her, and realized that she had a much better hold on the process than we could ever hope to have. And, seriously--the more competitive the market is where youre looking, the more you could benefit from someone like her (especially her!) guiding you through the process of finding a home.--For one thing, if youre stalking property listings on the Zillow app, like me, and reaching out to the property manager directly, I found that there was less than a 50% chance of someone getting back in contact with you.     Teresa Wallace was so wonderful in helping us get our new condo! After the snowstorm in February, we had to move out of our current condo due to flooding. We were having such trouble finding a new place. When we saw this listing, we had a great feeling about it. Teresa was so responsive and met us that day.She walked us through everything and really helped us get the new condo quickly and easily. Would highly recommend working with her. She is fantastic!

    Our realtor Kevin Krzan walked us through every step with our new build home. He was always reaching out to the builder to check on updates and ensure all the steps were being done on time. His communication was excellent and he always kept us up to date with the process.He came with us during our walk through which was extremely helpful as his attention to detail helped us catch any imperfections that the home had, allowing us time to have the builder fix them before our closing date.He was always available to answer any questions or quickly point us in the right direction. Truly the best agent weve ever worked with and will only use him in the future!

    We recently worked with Jim Templeton to sell our central Austin home. Jim was smart, professional and responsive - helping us in our first time through the home sale process. He takes pride in being an expert in the Austin market and brought no shortage of insight and market data to the table to help us make informed decisions around list price, time on market, etc. We were out of the state for most of the process and his attentiveness made everything still feel seamless. After closing, he even went above and beyond when we had some packages accidentally shipped to our old address after we had already moved out of state - picking them up and keeping them at his house until we could take care of them. All in all, I can confidently recommend working with Jim and his team.

    Risa Kim basically solved 99% of any perceived issues I had during my moving process.     When we first dove into the Austin housing market looking to purchase, we were dreaded the nightmarish process of applying for a ton of homes only to get wildly outbid. We had no prior knowledge to the process, and the information out there was absolutely daunting.Fortunately, we happened across Jim Templeton at an open house showing. We were sold on Jim when he started pulling up charts and spreads on the local market, and telling us what would actually be a good deal. He immediately struck us as someone who has analytical and organizational skill.Through the listings that Jim sent over, we found it. The house that we wanted. With a mix of strategy, people skills, and proper data, Jim guided us into crafting an attractive offer that would stand out and be pleasing to both the seller and the buyer. Later that week, our first offer on the first house we liked was accepted.I cant imagine a better realtor than Jim.     Edie Phillips is the absolute BEST. I am a first time home buyer and did not have a clue about any of this process. She helped my husband and I so much throughout the whole process. I reached out just to her, feeling like we werent ready. She picked up on that just by my tone during our first conversation. I believe she went out of her way to do some things that shed probably never admit to. Extremely personable and easy to talk to.
