I wanted to thank Shawnta Smith from the bottom of my heart for helping me close on a our home in San Antonio. We love our home and could not be more happy with our new residences. We moved half way across the country to get here and she perfected the art of communication...she always responded, and gave me succinct information to all of my inquiries. She helped guide us with all the steps a first time home buyer should go through. We were able to collectively look at all angles and she had suggestions/advice for any and all scenarios that we thought could happen. She worked as a project manager and kept me and my family on task while we had to prepare our move and work full time. I dont believe the purchase would have went thru without her commitment. Charlotta Yearwood is the absolute best! She’s not just a great realtor, she’s an amazing person at her core and that’s reflected in everything she does. We started off the process looking for land to build on and Charlotta put on her rain boots and walked and videotaped every piece of land for us since we were out of state. Now we’re building, and even though we’re far away, we’re still kept abreast with her videos and photos.If you’re looking for a realtor who is passionate and believes in helping you achieve your dreams, call her. Our Realtor Jerry Tovar was fantastic to work with. He was patient, and helped us negotiate with a custom new home builder (which is not easy!). When we were home shopping he suggested multiple areas to look at. When we found the right area and stumbled on a new build neighborhood he was always available to help us answer questions and walk us through the hard parts of working with a builder. Would definitely work with him again (and will in the future as our life changes). He is an ethical, honest, hard worker.
