My realtor was Jacqueline Esparza and OMG, she is the best! I reached out to her back in March and after touring countless places we finally signed our lease just last week. She made the whole process seamless, and kept us at ease/comfortable. We got fantastic support from Brandi Gillis. I can see why she is one of the best. Brandi made us feel like we were her only clients. Not only that, she adjusted her schedule fully around ours making it invisible to us that she had family visitors, sick kids, or a sick husband. We felt like a priority and she made everything magically work around us.Not only were we a priority, but she was hyper-organized. We looked at probably 30+ homes with her and she sent out driving maps the night before with links to the homes and addresses. She said she would drive us, but we elected to drive ourselves. At each home she knew the stats, neighborhood, what to look for and general advice. She educated us on the homebuying experience and what to expect as it had been 25+ years since we purchased our previous home.Brandi stayed in our budget and was responsive to our needs. We had a realtor before her that was not meeting our expectations and Brandi exceeded all of our expectations. We had been put on an MLS alert based on search results with the other realtor but the matches were not that good. In fact we had exhausted all available homes from that effort and were told we needed to wait for new homes to hit the market. That same week we changed to Brandi and she asked us some key questions and set up a new search for us and there were 40+ homes that matched our needs and none that we had seen. She hit a bullseye. New homes popped up each day and she put them together for a new home searching route.When it came time to make an offer, she was supportive, informative, and patient. We bid on 4 homes, getting the 4th one. She was not pushy and did not want us to feel pressured. She took the time to educate us on the process and what would and would not normally be successful. My wife and I normally are researchers and planners so making quick decisions on big purchases in this hot market was a stretch for us for sure. Brandi helped us feel comfortable with the process and make the right purchase for the right money. We did worry about the appraisal, but she said she was not worried. It turns out it came in within a 2% of what she had estimated in the comps. It appraised for more than we offered.If you are looking for someone to watch every detail in the process, gently guide you through the buying or selling of a home, be organized and extremely professional, Brandi is for you. She also has a very sweet hearted and a southern charm. She gets my top recommendation and made the buying experience a very pleasant one that we will remember for a very long time.
