    My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Kim Stewart as our real estate agent to both sell our existing house and to help us find the “new to us” home that was meant for us. Through the turmoil and uncertainty, Chad has been a consistent source of reassurance and perseverance. He has really put in the hours for us through numerous showings - sometimes even on the same day a house lists.Chad was even able to explore lesser-known options with us like USDA financing and modular homes.I will plan on updating this review once we close on a home.Update - closing went through great and I really appreciated Chad negotiating and advocating on our behalf throughout the process. Very pleased with the home.

    Chad Imholte is as good as it gets in a realtor! What great service and knowledge of the area. He went so far above and beyond just finding good listings and helping through the purchase process. I have never had anyone just think of ways to help us and provide several options or in some cases just take care of things so we didn’t have to. He keeps in touch even after the closing to make sure all stays well in your new purchase. First class guy all the way!

    Mark was exceptional in helping me to sell my house. He arranged for photography and staging. He kept me appraised of the market and the best strategy to keep moving forward until the sale was complete. He went to closing with me to ensure I understood all the legalities. If i called him he was prompt to answer my call, or if I text him about an issue, he always responded within minutes. Although the COVID-19 issue surrounded the time frame of my sell, he was always encouraging me to keep the faith. i would recommend Mark to anyone considering any realtor issues.
