I worked with Jason Andrews to lease out my home in Allen, TX. Jason is an awesome realtor and I cant recommend him enough! I was relocating to California and becoming a first-time landlord was a new experience for me. Jason explained everything and he was always willing to answer any questions I had. Being a landlord himself, he was able to share both his positive and negative experiences being a landlord. His candor and knowledge earned my trust. The best part was my home was leased out in a matter of days above the asking price to a highly qualified tenant.

We had searched fir a home on our own for several weeks with no luck. So we decided to contact a real estate agent. We were so blessed to find Jason Andrews! We had a bad experience with the realtor that sold our home in Louisiana and was hesitant about finding another realtor. We were so pleasantly surprised how fantastic it has been working with our realtor, Jason Andrews . He was with us every step of the way. He worked day and night around our crazy schedule, he gave up spending time with his family on the weekends (including mothers day!) to show us homes we were interested in. Please if you get a chance to work with the realtor Jason Andrews with American Realty he will not disappoint you! He found us the perfect home for our family so we can all be together again on Sephora Court in Anna, Texas. My husband and I were planning to relocate to the DFW area in Texas. Before connecting with Jason Andrews, the process was slightly overwhelming. Jason was very thorough and knew a lot of information about the DFW. The information that he provided was very resourceful. Also, Jason is honest and patient with you when trying to finding a home to live in, which we greatly appreciated.
