We were a little nervous about stepping outside the norm of selling a home via flat fee listing, however, it proved to be the best decision by far. Michelle provided us with all of the support we needed to sell our home on the first weekend and well above the asking price. Looking back, I think its crazy to even consider the normal way of doing things. Michelle saved us a ton of money without sacrificing any service; we would highly recommend her service to anyone selling their home.
