Jake is phenomenal!!! Extremely knowledgeable about the full buying and selling process and well connected to others in the community. He always knew who to call or where to check when something came up with our house. He helped us buy and sell this home and was very patient with us as first time homebuyers/sellers. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain every part of the process. Also, he got our house sold while our friend’s houses sat on the market for months! If you are looking for a Realtor, Jake is the one you want. . . I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Jake has been phenomenal from start to finish throughout our sale. We faced delays due to military relocations and major home repairs that coincided with the listing process. Despite this, Jake remained patient, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the right contractors. FANTASTIC Realtor, Highly Recommend!!!We started working with Jake after getting burned by an apathetic and lackluster realtor. We were in a tight spot and super wary, but it didn’t take long for us to realize that Jake was taking good care of us.We were out of town sellers, completely reliant on others to make sure things were taken care of with our house. Tornados, snow, hail, changing seasons… almost anything you can think of took place while we tried to get our house sold. Before we had the chance to ask Jake to go take a look at things he had already gone by, checked for damage, adjusted house temps, you name it. EVERYTHING was taken care of. Jake was absolutely on top of it.When buyers came along, Jake gave us every angle as well as sound advice. Through a myriad of small repairs/fixes, unique contract write-ins to give us security and peace of mind, and throughout the closing process, we were kept up to date and informed.Jake and his team are knowledgeable, creative, motivated, and hard working. Jake is very knowledgeable and has experienced the different sides of the market. He also has extensive knowledge on the history of the area. He knows who built what, when, and any potential conflicts with various areas.He’ll go above and beyond the typical expectation of a realtor. I last sold in a sellers market and my previous realtor just coasted into an easy commission.Jake doesn’t coast. The man is always actively working, coordinating requests, updating his own list of client resources, etc. And he’s very responsive!That means even if your buying/selling process is smooth, Jake will have contacts lined up for contingencies to make your decision-making that much easier. If your repairman doesn’t pan out, he’ll take note for the next set of clients.That to me is the difference between the typical realtor and someone who’s literally willing to get their hands dirty.
