Shannon Thornton with Jacob’s Properties did an amazing job marketing and selling my property. His expertise truly makes him the best! I had a contract in just a few weeks, and he really went the extra mile to prepare my property for sale. The listing photos were fantastic, capturing the beauty of the land perfectly. Shannons professionalism made this whole transaction a wonderful experience for me. I appreciate all the extra effort he put in—it was just awesome! He’s definitely the best!

Thanks to Shannon this experience and purchase was achieved both with high regards to detail about the land and the loan. I highly recommend Jacobs Properties if you are buying or selling farm, ranch or residential properties. Larry Jacobs and Buddy Maxwell represented my familys interests through the sale of two separate properties. Both Larry and Buddy are wonderful and knowledgeable gentlemen who provided exceptional professional service and guidance throughout the marketing and sale processes. Larry led the process and was always available whenever I reached out to him. I cant thank Larry and Buddy enough for all they did to represent my familys interests in such a professional and kind manner.

We were so blessed to have found Shannon Thorton. Not only did he hang in with us during tough economic times, he also went way more than the extra mile to sell our property in Montgomery. After that, he helped us find our new location and professionally pulled that through. For good measure, we had an extra hiccup that lasted another 4 months, but he stood firm, updating us all the time and pulled that through as well. In the process, we have found a new friend in Shannon. 5 stars are not enough for this excellent realtor.

My agent was Shannon Thornton and he is extremely qualified and professional and the best agent I have worked with over the many years I have bought and sold homes. He is very meticulous and hard working. He spent a lot of time with pictures and helping us make sure everything was perfect for showings. Shannon sold our 2 1/2 acre wooded property in North Conroe very quickly and sold it at top market price. The pictures that He posted were very professional and beautiful. Dont know where to start... You can tell a lot about any company when you dont have a big fee, property purchase, or property sale on the table. Its the small issues when there isnt a pile of money on the table that take a firm from strong to the level of amazing. Thats my position and I still reached out to them for some help and information.Im new to Montgomery having built a custom home here and already had my property. I did finally reach out to Jacobs and was pleasantly surprised how incredibly helpful they were. Larry Jacobs and Dave Davies came by my property, toured my home and estate, for no other reason that to be neighborly and helpful. They gave me great advice and input based on solid decades in the business for no other reason that to be an amazing local business!I wish I could give them 10 stars.

After selecting Jacobs Properties for their extensive marketing, our agent Shannon Thornton worked closely with us as we navigated lookers and offers. When we settled on our buyer Shannon represented our interest and brought us a great contract with more than expected. As we worked through the closing process and the wheels began to fall off because of a very inexperienced lender he lead the way pulling everyone together and got our deal closed. I call it compassionate professionalism. Highly recommend them.

A realtor can make or break your sale or purchase . Shannon Thronton is one of the best realtors we have ever had . His knowledge of contracts is excellent . We had listed land in Kempner Texas with a local “land realtor” for over a year with no movement or showings . Not realizing that Jacob’s sold property all over Texas . We approached our friend and neighbor Shannon Thornton . He said no problem he could get it sold . It was sold in less than 3 months . In addition, I had also referred my friend who had land in Cleveland, TX on the market for over 10 years. Shannon sold it in 3 months for a hefty price tag.Look no further . Shannon is your guy!!!

We used Jacob Properties to sell 3 acres in Montgomery early this year. Shannon Thorton was our agent. Shannon was very knowledgeable about Montgomery and property in general. He is a great communicator and made the entire process as easy as it can be. We appreciated his willingness to help us in every way possible. We never felt like we had been deserted once the commission contract was signed. All questions or concerns were taken care of by Shannon personally. Our contact with the office was rare but when we needed them they were very friendly and helpful. When it was time to sell our home on 25 wooded acres in Montgomery we went with Jacobs Properties - for many reasons (described below). Shannon Thornton was our agent and we cant say enough great things about him! He was knowledgeable about all the aspects of selling acreage - from marketing it, showing it and guiding us through the negotiation and sales transaction. Shannon went above and beyond helping us - especially because we had moved out of state. He was very personable and easy to work with, as well! We HIGHLY recommend him! The reason we selected Jacobs Properties in general was due to many reasons - 1) they have a local office, yet represent properties across the state 2) they specialize in farm & ranch properties - this was particularly important to us because when we purchased the property our agent was a city girl (was afraid to walk the property,etc. - Shannon was right at home in the country :-) 3) Nationwide marketing and last, but not least 4) Jacobs Properties has a highly respected reputation.

This is a great real estate company. Google Maps shows it in the wrong location--it is on the east side of Liberty and in a block before where Google shows it.
