My realtor, Irina Le, was the one who helped me buy the house I just sold! She kept in touch through the years—brought me pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and gifts for my grandson. Who does that? Only people with kindness and compassion. So we became good friends.When it came time to sell my house in Garland, who you gonna call? Irina Le! She was there for me, especially because of my illness.Her first kind gesture was to bring her husband to help me change out the complicated light fixtures in the living room. So her husband gets 5 stars too! He cleaned my fan and all the light fixtures. And took boxes of items for donation.Irina always has a positive attitude, even when the going gets tough! There were times I wanted to give up from the challenges I faced on house repairs, and from losing my retirement money. But she kept her chin up and and encouraged me to keep the faith.I cried on closing day and she was there to lend me her shoulder! She knew I had little to no funds left and came through for me! Without her help, I would not be in my new apartment I desperately need for my health care!God bless you Irina—and your family! We need more people like you!

She was the realtor who sold me my home.My husband and I were moving to Texas from New York and she waspatient and caring in working with 2 clients from a different environment.Shes knowledgeable about the communities. She answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed. She also listened to all the preferences I wanted in my first home and provided advise.I can be very picky sometimes and can be put off by the tiniest details in a house. Irina was very patient with me and didnt get frustrated with my requests. She was very understanding. If I didnt like something about a house, Irina would consider my comments for the next showing. Irina Le was referred to my Fiancé and I through our friend who went to her, also as a first time home buyer. She has helped us with the entire process and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. She was able to guide us in finding a mortgage lender and even double-checked the numbers to make sure that the numbers would fit our budget. We were able to look at houses around Plano, Sachse, and Garland area and ended up finding a home a lot quicker than we anticipated. We were extremely nervous about the house buying process, especially since we were first time home buyers, but Irina made the process so smooth that we were hardly stressed. It meant a lot for us since we are also planning our wedding at the same time. We will always recommend and refer Irina to our friends!
