IList is an easy and effective way to get every dollar you deserve when you sell your home. An agent is there to help with all the contracts, appointments and is available by phone for any questions. The best part is they only receive the 0.5% commission once the house sells (as opposed to a normal 3%). Definitely recommend it to anyone I know.

IList exceeded all expectations. Everything associated with selling a home was super easy and user friendly to do. Combine that with their ridiculously low fees and youve got an amazing experience. All communications were quick and detailed. Your traditional realtors should be very, very afraid of iList and the change theyre bringing to the real estate market. Ive been through the home selling process a few times and will never go back to the traditional over priced realtor. If youre selling a home, use iList.

A real estate agent doesnt sell you house, it sells itself. Just need to get it out there on the MLS and some websites. iList does it for 2% less. Very easy to use as they use latest technology. No need to meet or drive anywhere. Great Deal .

One of our acquaintances introduced us to ilisthomes.Prior to ilisthomes, for 2 months, our property was listed through a regular realtor. A lot of investment was made for the upgrades of our property and we had to price it accordingly to cover these costs and also the realtors commission. The property generated interest because of its favorable location. However it was priced out of market and it did not sell.With what we thought to be a leap of faith - listing it via ilisthomes- was on hindsight - a smart decision which we should have, perhaps done much earlier.Our new listing appeared in a lot more searches and saves which we got to confirm, via the daily zillow report which we subscribed to - of our property. The buyer who bought it saved more than 8000$ and as sellers, we were very happy to pass on the savings to them and to have sold the property sooner.

Their website allows you to be in control of your listing as much as youd like, but they will fully support you with anything you need should you feel that you would prefer they handle it all.
