I dont even know where to begin...Ive been knowing these two beautiful ladies for over ten years and I believe that God positioned them just for me. I had spoken to several realtors but it just seemed as if we were at a stand still and I didnt feel important enough to them.Then I saw on my Facebook page that they were realtors and I knew this was it! So, I shot them a text message and instantly I was receiving a phone call from them. That same day, I was sent a list of properties. I was very particular in what I wanted and it was really hard to find that, but they got it done at a very reasonable price (during the pandemic).So, lets fast forward a little bit (we were in a pandemic) it was hard to come by materials, but they were very good about reaffirming me that all was well. I was getting very impatient (by this time it had been over a year), I was even getting scared because I had seen stories where people were waiting for homes to be built and the builder ended up selling to the highest bidder.I thank God for these praying sisters, they kept my mind at peace. I had so many questions....and so much attitude at times from having to wait. They were still very respectful and polite.There were so many obstacles on the back end, but I knew this was the house God had promised me and Shera and Jennifer were there with me every step of the way to overcome those obstacles and get me in my home.I am blessed that God positioned them for me and grateful for the obstacles that I had to go through so that I can use this experience to encourage other single mothers (or anybody) that it is possible as long as you put God first and use II Wins Realty Group.
