The truth. I mistakenly hired another realtor & for 1.5 months I had 3 showings total. I called Aaron & asked him if he thought he could take over & sell my house. I didn’t want empty promises, I just wanted to get to work w him & see results. 18 showings in a few weeks. He called me & constantly kept me in the loop w every detail from start to finish. Aaron helped me get into my first new home in 2 months. I was approved for a new home in early March. I was scheduled to close on my new home in late July, but closed on May 12. After my husband passed on Christmas Eve 2019. I honestly thought I would not be able to buy a home on my own. Aaron guided me along the way and he was available when I had questions. He made the process of buying a home less stressful. I was very unsure at first, but he helped make it possible. Thank you Aaron.

The absolute best there is.. told me close to no closing and it was practically nothing he got my family into our first home in a little less than a month. Very knowledgeable and knows hes way around the house game. if your looking to get into a home Aaron is the best route there is.

As a single mother of 3 @ that time Aaron has helped me in buying my second home! We started the process I would say beg of 2020 an we closed in couple mnth by April 2020 i was in my home...he was able to help me tremendously and not having to put a down payment and also was able to get money back from closing.. He was so helpful in the process, any questions we had he was there to answer them. I definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Aaron lee is awesome!!! He paid close attention to my needs and wants. He made ne feel like i was his only client. I highly recommend him to anyone whobis a firat time home buyer, Bought a house before or selling a house!!!! Everything was completed in 30 days which was awesome because i wanted to get out of my tiny apt and i was able to give my son a forever home!!
