Kyle Hughes is quite honestly the best realtor I have worked with, ever. His wife Sarah and he make alovely team. I interviewed 9 realtors before I decided to work with Kyle. It was a very easy decision, eventhough the others were nice as well. Kyle was not pushy at all. He was more interested in what we werelooking for than talking about himself and he sent us options to look at and helped us narrow down ourcriteria based on a great understanding of what would be right for our budget, our needs, and theneighborhood. He put us in touch with a great lender and honestly, they have been our angels throughthis process. Moving from California to Texas seemed like a daunting prospective, but Kyle made it soeasy. We made a 2-day trip to Austin and Kyle spent a day and a half with us and set up viewings at theproperties we liked online as well as some he thought we may like. Would you believe we looked at 16homes? It was a lot of fun and Kyle’s presence was invaluable. He was able to negotiate fairly on ourbehalf and get the closing date moved up to suit our daughter’s school start date in Georgetown. Kyleruns his own business and has a vested interest in doing right by his clients. He is patient, funny andkind. Kyle and Sarah went above and beyond to help us navigate the home purchase and the move. Weare so thankful to have them as our realtors and our friends.

We were in the West Coast last year, and decided on a whim to seek a new hometown, and chose Austin area. Next step was to find a great realtor!So we browsed on multiple sites such as this, and Kyle/Sarahs name kept popping up. I called Kyle, and during our first call, we instantly connected, as I knew he was 100% committed to making our search for dream home a simple, quick, and satisfying process.About a month later, we took our trip to Austin and met with Kyle. He drove us through dozens of homes, slowly calibrating our needs and seemed to read our minds. After two short days, we landed on a home, made an offer, and now were in a great place.Kyle was highly responsive to all our inquiries, whether in person, text, or email. He made the offer process very easy on our end, because he did so much heavy lifting for us. He is more energetic than almost anyone I know, and is avid about our satisfaction. And he definitely achieved that.If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, its important to enlist agents who will strive tooth and nail for you. Kyle and Sarah are the epitome of that, and as a result we had a savory memory of our home buying experience!

We recently worked with Sarah and Kyle to sell our home in Georgetown and buy a new home in Georgetown. For both transactions, they were great and helpful. Sarah worked w/ a stager to help us stage our home for resale and we had an offer at close to our asking price in less than a week on the market! The overall transaction couldnt have gone much smoother than it did.As far as finding our new home, Kyle was patient w/ us, as we had to go out many times to figure out the right house fit for our family. Kyle really knows what is going on with the market and all the neighborhoods that would make sense for us to look at. Eventually, we found the perfect house for us and, now that we are in it, we love it even more!Kyle was also really helpful during our walkthroughs, finding issues big and small, including some that we would have missed. Those sorts of things really pay off later. Overall, I can recommend both Sarah and Kyle without hesitation.

My wife and I just bought our first home in Jarrell, we couldnt have been happier with how easy the process was having Kyle there to help.Kyle was there in the very beginning helping us choose the layout and style of our new home, keeping in mind what would assist in selling the home down the road if we wanted. As a 24-year-old homebuyer and being new to Austin, I was nervous about buying my first home. My parents, who moved to Austin a couple years ago, recommended Kyle to me when I began searching for a home. They mentioned Kyle was very sincere, offered his services but was not pushy, and was very responsive. Without having met him and prior to relocating to Austin, I called Kyle one day with what I was looking for. By the next day, I received a list of homes that fit my criteria. I decided for a new construction home where I was told I did not need a buyer’s agent/realtor. I insisted on keeping Kyle in my corner, and that was the best decision I could’ve made in the process.My home-buying experience was rocky to say the least. What could go wrong did. Being new to Austin with a new job plus buying a house, stress levels were at a historic level. Kyle helped navigate me through the process every step of the way and provided constant communication. When I had issues a week prior to closing with the builder and preferred lender, Kyle helped mediate discussions and ultimately pushed them to fix the problem. We were on the phone for hours throughout that day as he was driving to an out-of-town wedding. That’s commitment. I asked him several times throughout the process, “are you sure I’m not crazy?” and I’m almost positive he lied each time.I feel confident in my decision to hire Kyle, and when I’m ready to buy another home, he’ll be the first person I contact.

Working with Kyle from Hughes Realty was a great experience. We used a non-traditional mortgage process called NACA, even though Kyle had never used that process before, but he didnt hesitate to learn everything he could about it to make sure he could help us through it on his end. When it came to house hunting, he knew exactly what we were looking for and kept finding houses for us. He did a wonderful job once we put in offers of keeping us up to date and really selling us to the sellers. Throughout the loan and closing stages he was there to explain everything to us.I wouldnt choose anyone else for a realtor and will definitely use him again to buy or sell a house.

Well thank heavens we found Kyle!!We moved to Round Rock because I took a new position. We moved 1500 miles!!! Baltimore to Round Rock! I was here alone for 9 weeks and when we initially came down when I accepted the positon in 48 hours we settled on a home. Well it was not the right home for us nor was the location. We were introduced to Kyle on one of my husband’s 48 hour visits!! He had a phone interview with us at 9pm and then worked a game plan for the next morning. Sent us a text with an address and a time to meet. We did. He took us to over 15 homes and I have no clue how many communities. All I know is he listened to our wants in a new home. We found one and yes we love it. But what else did Kyle do??? Remember now, I have no husband here in town to go through the walk through or go to settlement with. He was right there with me-by my side through the entire process. This made my husband feel more at ease with the situation. The home we purchased is incredible!!! Thanks to Kyle for his dedication to his profession and willingness for a last minute client!!

Kyle was referred to us by a sales rep for one of the communities we were interested in. We saw that he had stellar reviews online and decided to contact him. Once we spoke on the phone, it was apparent that he had a lot of experience in the Austin area. The best part about our experience was that Kyle listened keenly to our preferences and had an open mind to exploring new communities. He never leaned towards any favorites and provided a detailed assessment of all areas/subdivisions we were interested in. After we decided on our community and floor plan, he guided us throughout the process from design center to closing. He constantly sent us updates while the home was under construction and stood by us during various meetings with the builder. Kyle also guided us through the lending process and walked us through negotiating a better deal with our lender. He’s now also a friend and a neighbor to us. All in all, I would recommend Kyle/Hughes Realty to anyone looking for a reliable and honest realtor in the Austin area.
