We moved to Heartland 3 years ago, knowing the community fairly well. While all areas have their downsides, we love it here. The neighborhood is beautiful. The water features, trails, pools, and neighbors etc make it a nice place to live. The HOA management could be better, but people will be people. Overall we love it here and would recommend it to everyone. We love going for walks with our kids and dog, and spending time at the pools.

We love living in Heartland. We moved from a big city to the Forney area and fell in love with Heartland the first time we visited the area. We love the walking trails and we have a great range of amenities, including the gorgeous pools. The community events have been great and we love how connected everyone is. We have great neighbors and it is nice to be waved at by pretty much everyone.

We love Inspiration! It is a top notch neighborhood for families to call home and an awesome environment to raise children. The schools are fantastic with an elementary school walking distance from our home. You cant beat the amenities with the resort style pool and two story gym. And easy access Lake Lavon trails. We see ourselves living here for quite sometime. WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!

Loving my new home here in Texas at Waterscape. The builders were always in touch while they were building our new home even though we were not in Texas yet. Our community is beautiful from the trees to the ponds and all of the inhabitants are friendly and helpful , friends and families from all over the country coming together to enjoy our new community together. The new amenity center is looking beautiful and we cant wait till its open and we can enjoy the pools, splash pad for the kids, volleyball court and dog park. Looking forward to many years ahead in our beautiful new home and for whats to come in the future phases.

We moved to inspiration 2 and a half years ago and so happy we did. My kids absolutely love Wylie ISD and as a realtor there is so much value and growth happening on this side of town. The community is still growing but the amenities are perfect for children. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering moving here to speak to anyone of our nice neighbors and they can attest to how amazing it is! In my job I see a lot of communities and this is up there with the best of the best!

I’ve lived in Inspiration (St Paul) for almost a year now and love it. The location/amenities and people who live in the neighborhood are amazing! Before purchasing a house, we’ve looked at numerous neighborhoods with an HOA. You definitely get your money’s worth when living in Inspiration. It has a pool with a lazy River, two story gym, club center and lake views! Definitely a neighborhood worth checking out!

We moved to Texas in 2018 and searched for a home for 4 months before finding Inspiration. We knew this was our neighborhood as soon as we say the ponds and beautiful water feature at the front entrance. We moved in, in 3 weeks. We have had nothing but a great experience with Huffines and Inspiration! Since we didnt really know anyone in Texas when we moved here we are so happy to have the club house and all of the wonderful events that Huffines puts on for residents. We really enjoy the adult pool and we have met so many fun people of all ages!! Our grandkids love coming for a visit, we take the golf cart to the lake, we go hiking, we swim, they loooovveee the lazy river, and we have so many neighborhood parties! When co workers find out we live in Inspiration we have to tell them of all the wonderful amenities and a few have even moved here on our recommendation! Our daughter, son in law and grandson recently built a house in Inspiration! We are so happy to call Inspiration our home!!

I have recently moved to Heartland, TX and I must say I absolutely love it. The community is beautifully landscaped with clean roads, safe neighborhood and beautiful houses. We have lived in waterscape for about 10 months now and we ABSOLUTELY love it here. Our neighborhood is the best. Everyone is always willing to help someone out when they need it. Everyone is friendly. The ponds are beautiful and we cannot wait to try out the new pools this summer. I have already had 2 friends move here since we did ... we love love love this community.

We purchased our very first home in Heartland, Texas in 2008. We have loved living here and watching our community grow. We have an amazing group of neighbors that we are blessed to count as family. We look forward to raising our children in this community for years to come.

I moved into the Inspiration community (St. Paul, TX) in Oct 2020 as a first-time home buyer, and I have had a great experience overall. This community is not only big and beautiful, but the area itself is clearly growing. Very grateful to live here -- which is super important for me because I work from home full-time. It helps to love where you live/work :)

I feel like they build very pretty communicators like the one I live in but my only issue is that when we selected our lot there was a lot of promises made about the different amenities that would be done within the community. Needless to say I have been living in Waterscape, located in Royse City, TX, for 3 years and the amenities are almost done but not ready to use as well as the plans keep getting changed.Beautiful community but not the best at communicating with residents!

We live at Inspiration in Wylie. It has been almost three years and we really love the community. I recently started doing real estate and it is amazing how many other communities dont compare to Inspiration. I believe the HOA staff does a wonderful job and are genuinely interested in fielding suggestions and making the community better for all. Shaddock Homes, First Texas, and Castlerock are excellent builders in the community, On site schools, an amazing amenity center, and very reasonable HOA fees.

My husband and I fell in love with Heartland, Tx since the first time we drove up to it. We bought our first new home and absolutely love it. The amenities and landscape are beautifully designed. What is not to love about Heartland? Even the name itself is charming!

BEAUTIFUL community!! This is my boyfriend and I’s first home and we LOVE it. The neighbors are amazing and so friendly. The amenities are great and we LOVE that we can just walk to 3 different ponds to go fishing. The builders are very responsive and knowledgeable also! We plan on staying here for a whiiiiile!!

Huffines communities picked a great location for the Heartland development. It is situated off a major highway a short drive from Dallas. There is a floodplain between the development and Dallas that is always calming to drive through when headed home to escape the busy city feel. The building is moving fast and extra amenities have been great.

Wow! I was blown away by how beautiful Inspiration was! My boyfriend and I decided to take a trip out to see the community last week, and we couldnt believe how unique the layout was. We plan on moving to the DFW area from Austin and happened to stumble across this place. When we called Huffines Communities for more information, they helped direct our call to the right person. We hope to one day call this place home.

To think it’s only been a month in our lovely home is just wow. From the rain, snow, negative temps and right back to Texas warmth. This was a 5 year decision that brought us to Inspiration. The beauty doesn’t just lie at the Inspiration entrance with the waterfall and fishing ponds, but threw the entire community. Yes everyone has an opinion, but it is truly what you make of it.
