I was introduced to Christy two years ago when I needed a realtor to sell my Lakeway home. She came over, gave me a great review of my home and an estimate of the possible and probable sale, and set up an Open House. My home sold within the first hours of the Open House. That was an incredible story, but one that I figured was just a lucky day.I then moved into my sons condo as a temporary location while looking for a new home. Since she was so successful with my home, he decided to sell his condo. She once again listed it for sale, and it was not a property that was as easy to sell as the Lakeway property. I would fly into town and Christy would have the entire trip set with looking at houses. She was wonderful at listening to what I had to say and getting an idea of what I was looking for and what my needs were. When I flew into town no time was wasted. I found an incredible house. Christy was fantastic at helping me through the process of escrow as I am out of state. She did all my inspections and was extremely diligent.I could not recommend her highly enough. She is everything and more you could hope for in a Realtor. I only wish she could sell my house in California.

My husband and I met Rhonda Hudson serendipitously at an open house. While we were not a hundred percent committed to moving to Austin from Southern California, we gave Rhonda our requirements anyway. Within a few days, she followed up with listings she thought we might be interested but without being pushy. And as we got more and more serious, Rhonda was there to answer all our questions and even drove out to several houses we were considering in Georgetown and walked us through them via FaceTime. She made herself available at every step, showed us over a dozen properties when we made a trip out there and when we find our dream house, she made sure it was a smooth process, especially since we were still in CA. She was there for all the inspections, had readily available any information we were seeking and constantly stayed in contact with us. Rhonda is amazing!
