I really appreciate feeling important and not feeling the only thing important is when rent is due. HRG is managing my property from last 2 years. Travis was manager for Houston and he was great guy. Very polite, friendly and able to understand my issues/concerns within no time. After he moved out I had little bit of problems with new Management but they went off in couple of months. Mostly related to contact details and who to contact etc.Now I have Property Manager Michelle. She is very quick and responds to my texts and emails within no time. I would love to work with her to extend the property management for next couple of years. She gives very good advices when I’m lost and when I was confused. I hope it came from her experience. Thanks HRG team for assigning Michelle to take care of my property ☺️🤘🏻

After a horrific vendor RUDE and ZERO communication skills about the job (landscaper) being hired and doing just as horrific job, it was a Saturday, the beginning of the following week I shared my experience and she was not satisfied with my experience either. Promptly she received approval to have the job redone and WHAT a wonderful difference! The vendor was professional, friendly, and did EXCELLENT pretty work!

I was very impressed with the 2 man crew who helped fix our A/C, they took their time and did a great job!! They quickly found where everything they needed was located in and around the home, they were extremely polite and helpful! I dont often have nice things to say about rental management companies. I lived in a 3 bedroom townhome and had a horrible neighbor. They did what they could to help the situation without trying to single anyone out. I did clean and fill nail holes but I didnt do what a cleaning company would do. We were there 4 years and I feel like all the fees I was charged from my deposit were fair. I didnt continually call them about it and I got my deposit minus fees I owed. This was a great company to deal with. They left me alone and I tried my best not to complain. Id rent through them again.

Sherri from the Plano, Tx office was awesome in helping facilitate the move out process since my son’s property manager was never available. We had some issues after the move out & I reached out to Sherri again & she suggested I reach out to Jim Berman. She assured me that he was a reasonable man & he would help fix the issue & he did just that. He actually fixed the situation is less than 24 hrs. Had quite a few hiccups in the beginning but they were resolved and I hope this property management WILL DO BETTER. Better meaning, make sure the homes conveniently have a fridge and hire cleaning services to welcome new, hard working families into the home. If Im gonna pay 2k a month for a home, make sure it is CLEANED so we dont have to do extra grit because moving is enough as it is. Also its 2023, nobody has any money so buying a refrigerator left us so broke we can barely eat!This 4 star review is me being UNDERSTANDING, something that just about every business and corporation lacks in America.

Overall too bad of an experience, initially the responsiveness left something to be desired. There were many emails and people cc’d on them many didn’t respond within a timely manner. The regional manager saved the day and picked up the phone henceforth I added an additional ⭐️. We will see How it goes ....they addressed all of our concern and once approved they moved at a quicker pace. The key is to be patient with them but stay on them. Our property manager assigned is very nice we’re in fort bend county area. The website is convenient but a little antiquated. Hope this helps.

Regina Ramero and her team at the Houston location has been nothing but perfect. Before choosing this home I was talking to another property management and I was very skeptical because I’ve always dealt with direct landlords. but after investigating and feeling more comfortable I chose to go with Houston home river group. Regina made the process very easy and answered all of my questions (believe me I had a lot!) still to this day she will check on me and make sure everything is going right. There were a few minor things wrong with the home that I did not notice before move-in and when I put the request in to get fixed they were fixed right away. We are very happy here and the experience has been awesome!

Excellent Company! Overall I had a great experience! I was referred to them through my Realtor Milton Peterson who works for Coldwell Banker. They run background checks and screen all applicants to ensure you get a tenant with a good rental history. My tenant was great! No hiccups, paid on time, minimal request for minor repairs and all of this occurred during the Pandemic.There was no direct access between the tenant and I. PFW managed and took care of everything.All for just a small reasonable admin fee which was taken out of my tenant rental income.My main point of contact James (Jim) Berman is the man! He took care of me :)This was the first time leasing out my home I owned to a tenant and PFW made everything run smooth. I plan to reinvest in real estate leasing out additional properties in the future and will definitely use them again. If you are looking for a good Property Management Company to handle leasing out your home or property, I highly recommend PFW! God bless+

But Saturday morning a super great guy showed up. Had it fixed so fast!
